caffeine jacks your heart rate, it doesn't give you a pump. the pump comes from the creatine and the mega dose of arganine

EDIT: *arginine*

wouldn't a faster heart rate pump more blood through your body? and thus give you a "pump"? The pump I get from NO explode is not even comparable to what I get from just taking creatine mono. That doesnt make sense b/c NO explode has 18,000mg, of its "NO Explode Blend", which equals 18 grams; and only a fraction of it is creatine. So say it has 5-10g of creatine, that should give me about the same pump as taking 10g of creatine mono, which it doesnt.

I took this straight off of the BSN website. It was their answer to what is the defference between NO explode, and Cell Mass(their creatine product).

"To summarize, NO-Xplode is a pre-workout performance- and pump-enhancing formula. CellMass is taken right after exercising and before bed. It supports faster muscle repair and recovery, and, thereby, growth."

I didn't see anything relating Cell Mass (creatine) to "pumps."

Arginine is a vasodialater and caffeines a vasoconstricter.... whats up with that?
Arginine increases resting GH by 100% (in very large doses), weight lifting increases it 300%... when combined they only increase it 200%.... hm....
(edit: when i say very large doses i mean compared to the amount in most pre workout powders)

like jake said caffeine constricts blood flow. the less the better imo. try a pre w/o without caffeine. or learn to eat some carbs before a workout like brown rice or something. works even better lol
