No pics of the wheels before so I had nothing to compare it to there coming along though I'm six weeks into my 12 week bulk cycle so legs are getting there I'm 6 0 feet tall today I'm 289 body fat is about 14 percent now pics of wheels and back are coming

My doc is firguiring I'm holding 8 to 12 pounds of water from the supplements so right now I'm most likely without the water 272 to 280 I have til april 20th to bulk then I will cut down thanks for the support guys

I use currently Bcaa, creatine mono, glutmine, omega 3,6,9, and a new product called coastal aminos which has all the other amino acids included into it, also multi vit, my other supplements per say can not be discussed in this forum. protein intake is about 250-300 grams daliy
