I try to go as heavy as i can i aim for 10 reps per set but as long as i get eight im happy

With both of my jobs im in the eye of the public ie (firefighter) (rn) so its quite possible that i could run into members of this site and they mention something that is not to be said in front of my co-workers. ID theift haha i just purchased a house my credit is so max out right now its not funny.
