ok guys, I just wanted to share some progress pics with everyone. These are taken about a month apart. I've definately put on some size. Lately I've been killing my legs and I think its paying off. Last workout I did 225 for 6 reps and 245 for 4 which is two more reps on both from the previous weeks workout. Needless to say, my legs are growing fast and I'm lovin it(still got a long way to go though!). Anyways, I thought yall might enjoy these.
(the one with white shorts is from a month ago, other is current)
Current weight: 160lbs

ps. (when i put up my first pics in november, i was too ashamed to put up lower body because they were sticks and had no definition at all. I think I've come a long ways)

No problem bro, here to help. Man your legs look awesome! Definitely keep this up man you got a nice set of quads on ya! Good job man you definitely have put on some size.

nice quads! how about them hammies? get some tan juice on man your body colour dont match lol, but then again neither does mine.. youve a nice outer sweep great job
