I started to lift about 7 weeks ago and was extremely thin(still am, but getting better) i have been bulking for 4 weeks and i'm going to keep bulking until summer. I deffininetly have gotten bigger, but im still really scrawny. (currently 132, 5'9).

please tell me what i need to work on. i wish i had a before and after photo, but i don't. even though i'm still real small i have improved alot.

The 3 Steps in Bodybuilding

2nd-You do it for the girls or boys, depending on your sex.
After doing this successfully, if you have the balls you will try LEVEL3,on which are guys like Kevin L,Ronnie C,Jay C,Victor M, etc.
These guys dont care about attracting girls!

Your triceps look good bro. Hard to believe you're only 132 pounds because I'm heavier than that and shorter (5'4) but you're arms look bigger.
Anyway, bring up the chest and more mass in the biceps. How about the back and legs?

ya its crazy people always think im much heavier. Probably because i have thin legs. I will post some pics of them tommarrow.

and yes my chest is extremely weak and not filled out at all. Need to do more bench and flys! It seems as though my chest is the hardest place to add mass.

Just keep training hard and diet hard, too.
I think you'll look better than I do right now when you hit 16.
Just keep it up, your doing good.

nice to know that their are more people on this site that are 15-16.

and KM u know whats weird. Even though my chest is my biggest weakpoint, its my favorite to train. And its not like i'm doing the wrong workouts either. I train almost the same way as my brother(19). Who is 184 and can max one rep bench 285.

I feel ya. My chest is my weaker body part but is increasing and becoming one of my best. From my experience, I need to swith up my chest routine a lot or else I plateau and growth slows. Also, this exercise is very underrated but push ups are good too!

oh ya forgot to add my bro only weight lifts about once a week and does a different workout each time.(really doen't have time anymore) So him benching 285 is actually really impressive. i can't wait until 3 months from now, cause he just left for to go to a golf school in australia, so he will have not worked out in ages. THEN WE WILL SEE HOW CLOSE OUR BENCH PRESSES ARE.

chest is your weakest point looking at the pics. concentrate on gettingthe thickness there and hit the weights hard with a good clean bluk. great base to start with mate
