someone should add these pictures to the picture series thread- it would be his before and after in the middle and on the bottom in bold it would say Work Ethic and below that, It has its benefits

Not to take anything away from him, but only give you some perspective. He started out at a unhealthy below normal weight so he is gonna soak up a lot when he first starts.

If you start at a heavier weight it is going to be harder to do.

Thanks, and I definately agree that it was much easier to make fast gains since i was so unhealthy before hand... it just looks really drastic to gain that much weight. I was living extremely unhealthy back than.

But you gained muscle and limited fat gain which is hard for a lot of people to do. Once they see themselves getting bigger they go overboard.
