THanks bro! I know I adressed this in another thread, but i'll do it again...
I did a month cycle of prohormones (legal ones) once, so no, technically I'm not natty... but I made about 99% of my gains naturally.

Thanks! And i don't follow a "diet" persay... but I don't eat any desserts and I eat alot of protein and carbs. I pretty much just use common sense... like if something has more fat in it than it does protein, I don't eat it.

Dude, I don't think I physically could train any more than I do already and be productive... at least not without massive amounts of juice. I train more than 15 hours a week.

Haha, yeah... I'm just saying that training more than I do wouldn't get me any more gains. I used to train heavy 7 days a week, but I just had a hard time making gains that way, I was just constantly tearing myself down without enough rest. I've done alot better with 5 days a week... although my workouts are longer than they used to be.

So you're saying you are in the gym 3 hours a day??? 3x5=15
Don't you see that as counterproductive...as a natty? I mean by looking at your pictures I'd say its not haha but damn man I'm straight tore down after about an hour and 45 minutes. Do you do each muscle group twice a week? Sorry if you've answered that already.

Yup, about three hours per workout and I do one musclegroup per workout... so that comes to me working everything real hard once a week. Everyone says it's "overtraining" and all, but I feel it's what works best for me.

While that is true, I didn't realize you were spending that much time already, and with school?!?

I figured with school out for a few weeks you would have more time to train...

ECH...Dude whatever you are doing is working too!

Cool cool bro, I've always been a big supporter of heavy, hard and high volume to failure and I thought there was a limit but you are proving that wrong! haha So about how many sets do you go through in a workout? I'm sure it varies between large to small muscle groups.

Yeah it varies, but I normally do about 8 excercises of around 6 sets each... so that's an estimated 48 sets per workout... give or take a few.

Actually never mind man , I just found your log! I love the mass amount of sets! One thing that really stuck out to me is something I've been seeing a few more people these days doing, and have contemplated trying it myself, and thats starting with heavy weight and working down to lighter weight. It just seems so hard for me to get away with the "norm" right now even though I would like to give it a go for a bit.

hummmm normally training in a pyramidal style mean starting with light weight and high rep, increasing the weight each set and lowering the amount of reps then after you go down...

Like for example when im doing seated rowing for my back im doing this:
14 reps at 125
12 reps at 140
10 reps at 155
8 reps at 170
6 reps at 185
4 reps at 200 without taking a break my max with 125

Anyways, thats the way I got the best results since im training and im still in it!

ECH...Dude whatever you are doing is working too!
well man i started out long ago by doing 3 hour workouts every day and it just worked, i gain muscle at a geometric rate. ive been in the gym 4 years but 2 years going heavier then the last year ive been digging in deep and i started out at 263......dropped to 220 and now im at my highest weight at 280+...i have my own way of reps and workout routines i listen to ideas and make it adapt to myself and i adapt to the workouts and then move on from there.... for the most part its gym ethic and the willingness to push beyond your pain barrier... im going to start keeping a log soon so be ready. in all honesty i grow from over training idk man its just my thing that im built for, body building or strongman
