When I Started: Jan, 2004
How I Started: It was a requirement in high school to have a semester of elective PE credit, so I signed up! I've loved it since the first day.
Why I Love It: The feeling you get during your workout and the results you get from it. When I work out I feel twice as big and everything outside the weight room disappears. I love being able to stretch and rip the seams of my old shirts.
How I Stay Motivated: Looking at my favorite bodybuilders such as Frank Zane, Eugene Sandow, Serge Nubret and many others. It's hard to eat enough each day though. I really have to concentrate on eating.
BB Accomplishments: My 300lb bench in 2.5 years of working out. Also, it was fun to watch everyone in my weights class try to bench what I curled.

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): Gain 10lbs of pure muscle.
Goal (Long): I want to gain 30lbs of muscle and keep it. My weak bodyparts are: back, calves, thighs, triceps. My okay bodyparts are: forearms, neck, abs. My really strong parts are chest, lower back and biceps. I really want to bring my weak parts up to speed and make them my strongest. I'm going for a Frank Zane look. I need that 30 pounds of muscle to transform my body!
