When I Started: Feb, 2006
How I Started: I started because i was going to be working overnight for a month, and I wanted something to do during the day other than sleep, then I became addicted.
Why I Love It: because it is mine. This broken path I've chosen, I walk it alone..
How I Stay Motivated: knowing that I can always be bigger and look better, and from people's reactions when they see you. I don't want people to ask me if I work out..I want people to ask me what I am on!!! j/k...no nevermind..I'm serious.
I want to be ripped to SHXT!!!!
BB Accomplishments: each bead of sweat is an accomplishment, muscle pain lets me know I am winning!

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I may be rethinking my goals..absolutely shredded may just be on the menu, and I am freaking hungry!!!
Goal (Long): what started out as a hobby and something to do has totally become a lifestyle that I have fully embraced. I believe that when you have something that challenges you like weightlifting/bodybuilding, you build up such a sense of personal pride and character..no one can take that away...you put the hours in..you adhere to the diets and supplement regimens..you control every aspect of shaping yourself....so my goal is to look in the mirror every day, and realized what i have accomplished through sweat, pain and dedication..and I realy thank by buds KEN and ACE for driving out here to take my pics.
