So I didn't want to post any pics, but this site rocks and I'm bored. Lots of people here and everyone is actually helpful, unlike the other 5 forums I'm in. So only good things can come from this. I cut down from 195 to 175 this summer, and just started working out again after 1 1/2 years off.... Doing this will motivate me to post some more pics in a couple months and show some good progress with using knowledge I've gained in this forum! Critiques are welcomed, I know I def. need a back haha

Yes. yes it is. Never done any dips with my routines, so I'm going to add those and some different things these next few months and see how well they work. Thanks guys

your chest seems not thick and small. Blast chest, nice traps though. Also you may want to build your back. I would also start bulking you look like your thin natural. Start bulking

Definatley work on the back, width and thickness. The chest has decent shape so look for thickness, lot of benching will help (look into the ward technique) helped me a lot. Trust me I am 6'5" and when your 6'+ its hard to gain size, so good luck. If you get your diet right you will be fine.
