Im not really sure eaither, im trying to find one too. Best bet I would say is look it up online or talk to your local gym or a trainer.

height: 5'7"
weight: 130 lbs
bench: 140 x 5

I dont dead or squat...i will begin squatting soccer is over.

Looking pretty good, bro. I'm 130, also, but 5'4 and I got a 185 bench (195 with a spot).

i would really recommend a good bulk... those arbs arent trained but you are so cut that they show off wich imo isent that good

eat the 6-8times a day, dosent have to be that large meals exept 3of em

if that dosent help, buy a Weightgainer produkt

when doing a serius bulk you will se a great improvement in Size- and Strength

but keep going, nice enough though
