I don't need to work hard for a six pack. I do them maybe once every 2 weeks. Starting Beginning march (before cut) I'm going heavy with abs. Not to be obnoxious, but the lighting in my house doesn't show definition on my arms. But thanks for the tip, I'm working on my heavy barbell curls. For some reason, the side chest pose for me makes my bis smaller, it seems to do that for most people. Very frustrating.

I also have a damn small frame :( Doesn't help much.
That's the basic poses, I'm getting a posing trainer around April. I wanna be able to pose for a long hard period. Don't wanna sweat/shake or not be able to hold the pose on my comp.
