thats wrong...here in Norway i believe u get a plus when applying to a job that has something to do with controling things or working with a computer if u have played a lot of PC... but i would suggest to do bbing instead, yes...

thanks guys! my nutrition play isnt anything extravagant but its working and is healthy

i eat 5 meals a day somethign along these lines.

meal1- 1 cup of oates with 1 cup of milk and a banana
meal2- 3-4 eggs with bread, apple and toast
meal3- ham/turkey/roast beef sandwich with on rye bread, 3 strawberries, a banana and a strip of chicken.
meal4- pasta/chicken/fish with some side of rice or veges
--train--
meal5-25g protein chake

^im bulking right now actually, its going pretty well though!

I wish i could eat more but i dont think my body can lol. I can probably add some veges, like broccoli and stuff like but its hard for me to eat a lot you know. Thanks for the suggestion though chris.
