thanks guys! my nutrition play isnt anything extravagant but its working and is healthy
i eat 5 meals a day somethign along these lines.
meal1- 1 cup of oates with 1 cup of milk and a banana
meal2- 3-4 eggs with bread, apple and toast
meal3- ham/turkey/roast beef sandwich with on rye bread, 3 strawberries, a banana and a strip of chicken.
meal4- pasta/chicken/fish with some side of rice or veges

meal5-25g protein chake
^im bulking right now actually, its going pretty well though!
