Chest and back are looking pretty good. Arms could use a tad more size and shoulders a little more rear delt. But you're looking good.

Actually I think yout arms are not really out of proportion with your body.
Just focus on the big compound exercises if you want to bulk up.

lol thanks for the comments guys

for me, this was bulking, i wish i had pics from where i started a few years ago

i dont know where i went wrong though, at the end of last school year i gained about a good 10 solid lbs with bad dieting and a shitty routine. now my diet is better and i have a good routine and i seem to be stuck

nah i stopped the DC lol...it didnt feel right to not do bench on almost every chest day and squats on almost every leg day. felt like these lifts were getting weaker. im not sure though i may do some more DC around the start of november

yeah but i can tell it does at least work because i started that routine with a friend and he got some decent gains, probably mainly because he basically started from nothing

About the diet you may just need more calories. If you were eating junk before you may have been getting lots of calories. When you eat clean sometimes the food can be very filling and you don't eat anough.
I'm not saying eat just junk food but it may help to to eat a little junk like a few burger/pizza here and there to get in the extra calories.
