I've got 4 pics to post but I can't figure out how to put them in my thread! If someone could tell me how...I will post them!

go to advanced...and then find the button manage attachements. open that window, and find them on your cmputer. you have to obey the size requirements, so if they are too big just shrink them on MS paint.

Not worth posting. My legs are very pale and bulky. No definition and that makes my legs look tiny. I took three pics but not even one of them was good.

New pics with a little extra mass. I am about to start a 12 week cutting cycle so I can condition and tone my muscles a little better. I will repost more once I'm finished. Maybe next time I'll get a tan too....damn I'm pale!
