Here are the pics below, , by all mean let me know your thoughts/ comments/ suggestions. There's alot of improvement here.. So letter rip. In case you forgot,, I'm 5 '7" , I currently weight 175,, I'm in the process of cutting down, I'm heading to Ocean City Md in July. I honestly don't know what my BF% is.. But I've been listening and writing stuff down and following it as much as possible.. Anyway,, Let'er rip guys.

You have it all: back, peaks, calves, quads. Shave and tan then compete. You would do well.

Dam F350, Thanks for the out of this world complement,,, I don't know abou the shave and a tan,, thing.. I'm Italian,, I shaved once, chest, legs, arms god was i itchy... holy cow.. I still have alot of work to do,, but thanks very very much for your honesty.. WOW..

You could work on your chest. It is hard to objectively evaluate with all of that hair. You should get your whole body waxed. In terms of being itchy That wears off after about the first week. You don't have to do it now just do it before you compete. You should find a show and plan on competing.

You have a solid base. (And I am not just saying you have a solid base because I don't want to be mean and have nothing else to say) Sure you have some areas you could improve (we all do) but you could compete in a year. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks F350, that means alot to me and my self asteem,, all along I didn't really think I was up tp Par ( so to speak),, I take your comments and suggestions to heart, believe me.

I do want to hear from the rest of the community,, If this fall into place. I may attempt to Step on Stage, I know I've gained alot of education from the dungeon,, between you , LBJ,, Kenny666, aceplumbing. mygeeto. Rocco, bbdude ( god i can't remember everyones moniker off the top of my head) . Forgive me guys I'm sorry. It's truly a blessing to hear this coming from someone whom doesn't know me,, IT'S MOTIVATION BABY. There's still so much more I need to know. I will wait patiently for the rest of the dungeon to put there comments in.. AGAIN thanks Freak350.

off and on since i was 11,, im 39 now,, did not stay with it due to my parents divorcing,, bad split, real bad,, never stayed in one place long enough to get going and keep building..

I knew when I saw these the 'shave & tan' thing was coming up! LOL All I got on my first picture post was shave Shave SHAVE!.

What I'm suprised by, though, is nobody has mentioned those shoulders! Nice muscle bellies, cuts & tie-ins. You've got boulder shoulders buddy!

you dont have to shave man They have a nair for men that actually works.You might have to go with a trimmer first since you have so much but be prepared to clean out the shower.
