^^^not really...once you start hitting 250lbs plus, & also depending on age bbding is not healthy...
i can't walk at a fast pace without getting winded alot of times & i do cardio 5 times a week.

think of all those countless calories you consume, i can't stress how much cardio is important to anyone, especially us bbders

1, layne is natural & he's also 210-220lbs in off season.

i feel alot more ****ed now than what i was at 252 7%BF last march, that extra 20lbs is alot of excess weight that the human body don't need to be carrying around...i feel drained alot of the time. MAN i hate diets
