hows the german volume treating you? keep me posted make sure you dont over do it with chest, you really only need to do that one excercise for it, try doin the different bench presses each chest day do 10x10 for flat one day then next bench day do incline 10x10 then decline next time try that out maybe , the GV is meant just for ONE excercise that day super setted with back maybe, just dont over do it maybe throw in 2 other chest excercises and thats it, thats all you need to grow and make sure you add a few pounds each time you do flat with GV
