this my left arm measuring in at about 14.5 inches
its smaller than my right arm i guess its cuz im right handed? my right arm is close to if not 15 inches.

I want big arms and a 6pack more than anything else, but i workout my upper body so damn much that ill end up looking triangular if i dont work out my legs more often.

im actually 5 foot 4 inches... really short lol

im only 15 btw

well, partially but ONLY BECAUSE i do not have leg machines and stuff to work them out at home, i have a bench and dumbbells and a few other things but itsall for upper body.

but i do workout in school during the week(requiredfor football) and tere is everything i could possibly want there so i guess not.

im buying a squat rack soon though so all will be good :)

i personally think big arms, big chest, and trapz are the things that most stick out the most(the things people notice the most) i have some decent sized legs(never measured) but ive never heard any compliment on my legs from people(chix :P) but i have broad shoulders, a big chest and well decent sized arms for my age and ive gotten compliments for it(no im not bragging, just going by what ive been told)

im glad i started working out lol i used to have quite a stomach and looked pretty crappy.
