I'm 43 188lbs 12 % body fat...wanting to do a Competition maybe next year

You definitely have mass but should post more pictures. Maybe a back double bi, rear lat spread and a pic of he wheels. If you cut correctly I think you will do great. I am guessing your height is probably 5'8" or 5' 9"..?

You can pretty much do any comp you would like. You look good. Shed the excess fat and you gonna look great. Well done. Need some Bi and try moving your bench grip closer, it will just fill the gap between your pecs.

Yeah, your body fat does look over 12 percent, maybe it was measured wrong, happens all the time man. A little more back width would help. But do more poses so you can get assesed better.

look at your abs..ig u dont have ant ur too fat...my abs are hidden under a fat stomach...I have to lose 15 lbs...been on a diet 2 months and lost 4 lbs..my training partner lost 18 lbs and still needs to lose 15 lbs...no carbs! no cookies! no cake! no chocolate bars! ...:pwned:
