I just turned 19 years old a couple days ago and have been lifting for quite some time now. I am completly natural, only taking a few creatine based products and of course protein. Let me know what everyone thinks and let me know what i need to work on.

you have agood base for 19, it is just a time thing, put in your time, meals and lift your ass off and it will come.

U look great bro! uve got an awesome base to build on. I would not focus on any particular part right now. get a good routine that works every bodypart equally. dont skimp on legs either! I know how you kids like to skip legs, sorry sons of bitches! definitely lookin good; eat like a champ if you want more size tho

Because with direct lighting, and or white light, your cuts will be washed out(unless you have very dark skin). dim overhead lighting is simply more flattering as it falls on you as opposed to a spotlight effect from direct light.

Thanks for all the input everyone I appreciate it. I'm a very lucky person because Cutting up has never been really a problem for me considering i eat almost anything I want. As for gaining size I eat like a horse but find it very hard to put on weight. I just recently started a weight gainer maybe that will help a little, we'll see though.

Just watch the sugar on those weight gainers and watch the brand some weight gainers really suck. (Weider Mega Mass 4000 SUCKS).

He's right bro, and weight gainers are not an equal substitute for more whole foods.

To be really really picky, I reckon more upper chest/trap/shoulder development brought on by more overhead pressing movements (military press etc) and good old shrugs.

Only because you asked for it though, otherwise I wouldnt pick on anything being wrong. Congrats on the great physique, you're doing good man!

Sent more pictures and lets see some leg, everybody hides them because they are a problem spot for a lot of people. Other than that I'd say Traps and Delts need more but looking good.
