In Arnold's Encyclopedia to Bodybuilding he has pictures of himself at age 16 on. He started working out at age 14-15 and by age 16 he was already big. By the way, that book is the best 800 pages I've ever read.

Edit: That was for Sparky who asked when Arnold started working out.

Yeah I noticed a few sentences were missing leading me to think I might be missing an entire page. I will look on ebay and see if I can find the fhm mag it was in and then scan the pages when I buy it.

Jay's dad has point... the sport is really subjective.

its incredible to see the transformation that cutler had over his time training...although he uses gear..that isnt the point...jay does work his ass off..and from the start he knew exactly what he wanted out of bodybuilding..

the bertil fox one also amazed me...from how small he was as a child to see what he turned into years later...just goes to show you that with hard work and dedication..you can create a real masterpiece out of your body
