yeah his delts overpower his back never seen that before sorta reminds me of lee priest when he does his most muscular and his arms over power chest and his chest looks real small when it isnt that how it looks in this back double biceps

I just ate a huge meal, and when i just came online and took a look at paul dillet's physique after all this time, i all of a sudden had the urge to take a sh*T. He looks like crap...he's never gonna be what he used to be..hes obviously having some personal failure issues...he used to have a gr8 physique...but he didnt know how to present his muscles..and he should stop tryin to be like every other reject using brand new supplements and to act his age at 40...he should just be like a promoter or some sh*T....hes gonna embarass himself if he keeps goin any further

Well, dillet has never been renown for his posing..Back in the day he had the size and defintion to get away with crappy posing, but now.. well... now things are different.

His lat spread is arguebly the worst I think I've ever seen in a heavy weight, and his hamstrings are in dire need of some definition. Its good that he's back in the game, but its going to take him a long, long time to get back to where he was... thats if he ever gets back to his old shape.

ya even though he could not hang with the BBders of today the fact that hes trying i give him credit and the fact that all the folks whos ay he looks like shit maybe they should post pics im sure he looks better then most 40 yearolds.

but true even though he does not look great if i saw him in the gym id think he was in good shape

Its easy enough to sit behind your computer and rip somebody apart piece by piece. Ya, he may not look like he did back in his glory days but at least he's giving it a shot, and I guarantee that there is nobody in this forum that is even close to that shape, so if he looks like shit then what does everybody else look like???
