These pics are actually pretty old. I've seen much more recent shots of Markus that have him looking much larger believe it or not.

i was looking at them aswell,
could of had an absces?

or jst some old cuts?

could have been a sort of skin cancer. I have a smaller cut like that on my back that had some skin cancer removed.

Synthol in muscles are no where near as common as your average boob job and for some reason everyone is an expert of what they look like without having any personal experience with them.
