At the time that I met him he owned a vitamin store called Max Muscle, and he calculated how much protein I need and how much carbs I needed. Then he picked all the supplements that I should be taking. Just basic stuff, but for what ever reason, I followed it to a tee for a year and I went from 165 to 192 in about 6months. I'm sure a lot of it wasn't quality weight, but I didn't care because I'm not looking to compete anytime soon. But I got in a car accident earlier this year, so I haven't quite got back a track yet.
