Dude there's nothing wrong with psyching up, but drawing blood? Why wouldn't he just scream or grunt or yell out "light weight", or something? I get that different things psych different people up, but drawing blood isn't sanitary. Nor is it prudent, since blood loss can make you lightheaded, which isn't exactly good for weightlifting.
