So, what's your bodybuilding goal? Want to be the next Coleman or perhaps just want to get in shape?

Mine is to gain some muscle every year while staying relatively lean. Just to look good + I like the strength that comes with it.
I'm planning to do this till I'm around 210lbs @ 10% bodyfat. (@ 6'3'')

Goals? Oh, 255 and pretty lean would be nice! Currently giving the machine a rest w/the Rx and just going w/moderate OTC assistance. 5'10" and 230 at the moment. Waist still at 33. After a while, my body has learned how to hang onto muscle gained from cycles past. I honestly do not know if I could ever get into "contest" shape. I've seen my abs at 215-220 but it was still aways out if ya know what I mean. Time will tell I suppose.

Well, about 285 lbs. 6-8% bf, an IFBB pro and Trish Stratus on my .....! Oh wait...that was my goal about 10 yrs. ago. Now it's 225- 230 lbs. reasonable bf. %, and living long enough to see my kids grow up. (But still dreaming about Trish!!!)

i wold like to be some where between 185-200 and 10% BF. i am 180 now but at about 15% BF

at 5'7'' Currently 200. guessing that I can be contest 165-170. Goal to be comp weight at 180-185 in light heavy. Would make my offseason about 220-230. no matter what I do I can't stay under 10% in the offseason.

My goals are basically to get as big as possible while keeping my proportions and small waist. I have a competition in 3 days, my first one, if i enjoy it then i will do it more, if i dont enjoy it then i will just go massive offseason,lol. should be fun though, im looking forward to it.

i want to be a fucking freak! i want to be fucking 300lbs solid. everyone who asks me what i want to do with bodybuilding they get 300lbs. there like 300lbs what? i want to be 300lbs solid fucking muscle. i want people to look at me like im a freak. ive never thought about competeing. ive only been to one bodybuilding show and that was just to see what it was like. i just want to get as big as i possible can. honestly if i ate whatever i wanted i could get to 300lbs by this time next year. im currently at 245lbs but i dont want to be too fat. ive been keeping my bodyfat down by doing lots of cardio while still eating pretty much what i want to an extint. like i dont eat burgers or pizza or shit with lots of sugar but i will go to town on baked fries, fried chicken and my favorite snack in the world granola bars. basically though I LOVE TO FUCKING TRAIN! people always tell me i am overtraining. for instance i went to a college gym with a buddy got there at 730 didnt leave that bitch till they closed at 11 on sunday. i train 6 days a week for no less then 2 1/2 hours everytime. thats how bad i want to be fucking BIG. i think as long as i am getting all the calories i need and all the sleep i need that i can train for as long as i feel like it in the gym. 300lbs im comin!

i just wanna be in good shape and keep the build that i have. Im 190 now but i would like to get up to 200-205. Im not really into competing or anything like that and i definetely give the ones that compete props b/c i know they work their asses off.
