Alcohol - a hidden fat-maker!
One way many men mistakingly sabotage their fat-loss plans is with alcohol consumption. They will eat clean, but think nothing of drinking a six-pack of beer every Friday and Saturday night. Alcohol is nothing but empty calories that will go straight to your love handles. If you absolutaly must drink limit yourself to one or two and try the new low-carb versions. But if you are serious about losing your love handles, alcohol has no place in your life.

British Lung Foundation found that smoking three (3) cannabis cigerettes a day causes the same lung damage as twenty (20) regular cigerettes. You inhale deeper and hold your breath longer before exhaling, so this results in more poisonous carbon monoxide and tar entering the lung.
IMHO- If I was going to use any drug it would be one to further my bodybuilding and not counteract it..
