Found this somewhere and wondered what people thought of it!

Wasn't sure which bit to post it in so put it here cos' I haven't made a threead in here!
How do you people measure up to the chart then?

Bodybuilding Symmetry Muscle Chart
Weight/Inch = Your bodyweight in pounds divided by your height in inches.
After determining your bodyweight/Inch use the number closest to yours in the far left column to determine your ideal proportion. Keep in mind that these numbers are figured out for avid male bodybuilders and may have to be adjusted if you are a woman or if you wish to maintain a different bodytype than the ripped, proportioned bodybuilders.

I think the first number under weight/inch is lb per "
So the first number is 1.899lb per inch and the following weights are the ideal measurements corresponding to this weight.

Not bad at all; thank you very much, Rocky. I'd be interested to know where you got the numbers as well. Much better than the disturbingly-widely used BMI. According to that, I'm something like morbidly obese(6'4", 260lbs, now 10%bf; pretty lame system to use.)

Thanks Rocky!!..........now I don't even exist @ 240lbs and 69.2 inches tall I',m 3,468. I'm off the scale loool

But I'm guestimating, going by the nearest one my calves and neck need upping I think? Cool.

Ha ha! I'm not telling you where I got it from!! I'm keeping it all to myself bwahahahaha!!!!

I got it from a site called www.musclenet.com
I've got a couple of the posts I've made recently from there. It's got some interesting things on there. This was the whole article - nothing about how they came to these conclusions.

Oh well, looks like I'll have to find somewhere else to sponge my posts from! :)

my neck is off by an inch, but im ine with 15.5". anything bigger then that and ppl make fun of me....
