granted it looks that way from the camera angle but Flex has in fact rotated his forearm & hand inward which points the triceps outward.
Easily noticed when you see brachialis/brachiordalis (never could remember which is which) bulge out above the elbow.

dont quote me on this.. but its more then likely an old pic.. the recent Flex Wheeler looks nothing like that.. muscle wise.. after his surgery his life totally changed.. I dont think he would mess with steroids ever again..
