hey guys. i remember i was on the gold coast qld and walked into a newsagent on my way walking to my place and i looked up and seen flex mag and i couldnt take my eyes off it arnold was on the cover with a arm blaster doing curls and i bought it straight away. so these pics are from my very first ever bodybuilding magazine i ever bought. i often like reading over them again and again i love the golden age!
PS i burnt my thumb tonight and so sat here scanning and loading typing and moving a mouse with my left hand (im right handed) just to get these up! meanwhile my right hand was in a mug of cold water lol
so you better darn enjoy them! haha hope you like them.
lol yeah and that was only the morning session he still had forearms that evening, which isnt much i guess but still if hes doing 35 sets cant imagine what hes doing lower arms AND still had another chest/back superset to do later that week! what a man!

yeah man mine was dec03 jan 04 first ever.
i read it page by page turned them carefully didnt crease now 3 years later its dog eared and creased t no end.
could u imagine where bodybuilding would be without having arnold?
i just love it how all these guys were the top of the sport yet always everyone tried to help each other get better and beter even it that help would eventually beat them

LOL at your hang in a mug of cold water. i worked in a restaurant bro and i slipped and burnt both of my hands on the hot top grill. I had both ands in a bucket of ice water, and let me tell u it sucked!
