Bodybuilding shouldn't be hard. You should honestly enjoy doing what you do. That being said, as stated before, its ok to cheat every once in a while, and if you don't happen to eat as much as you want in a day, its not the end of the world. I've found when I'm not really hungry, that's the best time to down a shake. You should just let loose for a little while, unless you're prepping for a show. At least thats my opinion.
