Of all the eating that comes with BBing? Its the only thing I could do w/o because it takes up so much of your life. If your not in the gym your eating and if your not eating its time to sleep.. gets so god damn old and the same ol disgusting foods. Anyone else have this problem or just me

yea man, no excatly what your talking about, i am making to many rules for my selv... i am tired of eating every third hour, and worring about drinking alcoholics and smoking weed..

Tell me about it. Even though I hate it I cant stop it. Most days it doesnt bother me at all but for some reason today I just dont feel like eating shit, yet im stuffing this food into my mouth as I type this

all the eating is hard I think just plannig all my meals is the hardest part for me. I just don't want to be that oganised sometimes lol

thats the worst.. when i had exams before this semester ended I couldnt eat for like 5 hours one day and I was pissed for no reason.

hey its just part if the game man. I was fed up to youll come back around. Give yourself a break and eat some pizza and a sandwich. eat the things u like to eat for a while. Just dont eat a lot f em, or u can do what i did and just pig the fuck out for 2 eeks and then come back to the gym. LOL i got work to put in but im coming around. once the strength comes my size should follow.

But teak a break from the diet and eat some pizza and junk food but just dont over eat it, its a great feeling man trust me. then when its time to go back to the diet and training routine you wont have a problem othe rthan getting back into it.

It worked for me. i ended up missing the gym and when i stopped i was like im never goin back, figures huh.

sometimes time off is the best thing rather we think it is or not.

Bodybuilding shouldn't be hard. You should honestly enjoy doing what you do. That being said, as stated before, its ok to cheat every once in a while, and if you don't happen to eat as much as you want in a day, its not the end of the world. I've found when I'm not really hungry, that's the best time to down a shake. You should just let loose for a little while, unless you're prepping for a show. At least thats my opinion.

As much as I'd like to pig out for like 2 weeks I just couldnt do it, I feel guilty even if I eat one dorito lol

Well I found some tastey food today that was pretty healthy at wendys, a grilled chicken sandwich and the chili has only like 11g of fat and 47g of protein and 64g of carbs!

Yeah!! Thats exactly what I eat when we go there. :) I love Wendys because of those two things. The Chili is suprisingly ok for you.

it's not that bad I find

I love chicken and that I eat alot of, I'm never hungry as I'm trying to gain as much mass as I can and I keep fed

as for fitting meals in, I can take a 600cal home made MRP anywhere and that does me fine for a few hours!

yeah get sick of it but usually i dont get the good meals when i need them ecuse at college so when im home its l ike i know i HAVE to eat this and that and usually only end up eating half cause i couldnt be bothered.
lol last night for tea i had a slice of cheesecake, leftovers of chocolate bavarian and a can of diet coke
