good read and i was curious bout your injury im working though one and really want to know how you work though them thanx

I had a bicep tendon tear which aggrivated my pec minor and the tie in tendons and muscles. I took about 19 weeks off and then started back with ultrasound and accu puncture and am now getting deep tissue work dont to break up scar tissue. Its an on going problem as a tendon can take up to 50 weeks to fully heal even if your not training.
