i know in a magazine interview they said his arms streached the tape well beyond 23 inches. thats all i know im guessing aroun 24n a half mabye 25

"well over" 23 inches probably means more than halfway to 24 inches.. aka inbetween 23 and 24 but closer to 24. its simple marketing language

He has a pretty handy supplement box, ya'll may have seen it on his dvd's. He takes it everywhere. He even had it up in his hotel room this year at the Olympia. I asked his training partner what all is in there........seriously all the vitamins and minerals you can possibly take! lol. Ronnie stayes on top of things.
