id like to know whats happened to the posedown over the years.
while watching a few vids i got from here i was thinking about it - all these guys are doing is hitting like 1 of maybe 3 shots constantly. walk around the platform do the same, more walking to the other end, and repeat.
it seemed like nobody was paying any attention to whatever anyone else was doing or poses they were hitting.
although in arnolds encyclopeadia in his posing section, he talks about how reg told him "if im hitting this shot, you should be hitting that one" etc.
or how he talked about how he knew franco took a long time to bring out his lats in a RLS, so he hit 3 twisting shots along with his lat spread and didnt appear to rush, as to keep the attention on him becuase he as still moving. or smart posing how when franco hit a front on abs shot he did a twisting bicep pose or ab shot. little differences and deviations that i never even noticed until i read about it.
has all this stuff been killed off and died out? or do i just not notice it?
becuase what i see nowadays is hardly any bodybuilder in a posedown hit something other than a front or rear double bi, or a most mucular.
they seem not to even glance at another competitor to see what they are doing and see if they could show them up or anything.
what does everybody else think about this subject??
