Man great stuff from Tech9 and Pain to make this board explode. When did you guys start this form, cuz i think i remember that this place wasnt so big, not that long ago, but then your innovative videos, and other thangs, made this place explode. Yea but there site, is more "professional", plus they sell a crapload of products, and have stuff ilke the FIT SHOW, exposes, etc. You guys are just a friendly group of peeps that decided to make bbd.com and who made it awesome and sweet, and after only half a year or so, you've gotten a great base of people and support. :) :xmastongu

i love this fourm....in october i am ashamed to say i registered with bb.com aswell and there fourm is no where near as good as this one IMO....the only reeason they have so many members is because they have been up for years....BBD is the best bodybuilding fourm on the net, thanks alot pain and tech!
