when i bought $60 apex creatine, i noticed incredible results each time, my strength would go up, and i would gain 6-8 pounds, and keep probably 1-2, so i decided to try and experment and get a $7 bottle of creatine from frys, and after 2-3 weeks, i have not noticed any strength or weight gains, so i guess my question is, is there a difference in creatine, or whats the deal with that, i thought monohydrate was monohydrate

oof course bro the usually the more expensive creatine the better cuz i think that its more filtered or something like that........but dont go after the cheap ship remmeber that qulity is better.......plus wut is the name of the creatine that u bought for $60..

Good creatine is 100% pure, preferably micronized and should be taken with simple sugars to aid absorption. The best plain creatine is creapure. Some German company owns the patents to it so it's expensive for other co's to throw in. Best bet is to get a good micronized creatine for cheap (like abb) and take it with a bottle of lucozade (60g glucose per 380ml bottle I think).

these pills a horse pill sized. I used to work for 24 hr fitness and it owns Apex. Good product, huge pills. 10 at a time for a verage sized bodybuilder, more for bigger.

i always just took 10-12 a day, thats teh reccomened dosage, i.e. 2 morning, 4 before lift, 4 after lift, 2 after dinner
