OKay, Im gonna go out on a limb and pray I am not the only person... I work as a trainer and i also have another job as a furniture delivery person while in college. So between my two jobs and my own gym routine, I am lifting regularly to say the least. Now with all this straining and lifting, I have developed a Hemmorhoid (Spelling?)....It blows. It doesn't hurt, it hasn't ruptured or prolapsed, however after an intense workout session, It swells and I can tell its there. Its more annoying than anything. Anyone with experiece or knowledge on what i should do? Any reco's?
