I just watched this video for the first time, and i was somewhat disappointed. It didn't seem like the intensity was very high and he wasn't moving very heavy weights like i expected. I expected just an insane workout something like blood and guts. he said that he doesn't change his training from precontest to offseason but it seemed like he was taking it easy on the upper body workout. anyone else who saw this feel the same way?
i guess not. i was really hoping to see some balls to the wall training with some heavy ass weights. what would be the best video for me to buy if thats what i want to see? blood and guts, COR, all american workout, etc. ?
