Got this book for Christmas, definitely a must-buy for anyone who competes or simply wants to get into contest-shape. So much detail, like Dorian's preference for apricot oil over baby oil, Cutler taking 30 mins sauna sessions every workout from 12 weeks out to tighten the skin. Yates, Ray, Jackson, Cutler, Coleman, all the top-dogs are in this massive book. Of course, there is absolutely no mention of drug-use whatsoever, so you'll have to be critical about any info you read in this thing.
