I love a longshot? I know that tons of us are dissapointed with the showing the Alex put in October, however, I think that this beast has had a run of bad luck. We all know about his pec tear, and his quad rip, so if this guy could just stay healthy, I think this guy has olympia victories in the future.

...I'll support Branch Warren before I give kudo's to the "over-hyped" Federov.~

His injuries have damaged his aesthetics and his symetry too much for him to ever make it into the top 10. Just bad luck on his part. Also, his back is like a car wreck.

I don't think he'll make an impact in the sport. I believe he got too big, too soon and that will impact his ability to come in super ripped. Plus the symetry problem. I think he will kind of blend in with the freaky guys like Atwood etc. There are too many guys that genetically he can't beat - basically all the top ten at the O.

This guy needs to learn how to juice and realze what his limitations are. If your tearing two muscles in the same year your doing something wrong. and if your tearing muscles it from drug use you almost never see a natural person tear any thing. Thats just one of the trade marks of a steroid injury(a tear not a strain) Thats all their is to it rather he was pushing to hard in a set and cant tell whats his natural strength and whats drug enhanced. Or he was just flat out lifting to much iron. Yea he was hyped up and i was kinda disappointed in his placing not bc he didnt do his best but bc the magazines were expecting to much out of him. Least they were IMO.

Thanks for reading n God bless

He is a media created identity, he has done nithing but win in his own back yard. He is owned by the magazines so of course they are going to push him, there are others more deserving, like before mentioned Branch Warren. Don't get me wrong federov seems to be genuine good guy and that always commands respect no matter what one looks like.

remember guys hes still super young. in another 10 years his physique can change. i know we'll see good things from him in the future. maybe not in 3 years but maybe 5 to 10 years. who knows. i like the guy and i know he has physique problems but he also has some of the freakiest bodyparts in the game like his triceps and his hams oh and his fucken calves damnnnn. point is he's not much older than alot of us on this site. if i could look like that in 5 years from now id be damn happy i even got the chance to walk on that stage even with a horrible placing. we just need to give the boy a chance.

I think he will have his place in the history books be it by the most hyped let down or as maybey having one of the freakest body parts. I just don't think that will all the injuries he has he will ever beable to pull it all together.

Just look at his chest. That pec tear (didn't he tear it twice?) clearly shows. There's going to be some serious scar tissue going on under there. His chest will never be symetrical again.
