Drus just speed up the process and make more size possible. I thought my man Flex wheeler proved this by his showing at the 2002 mr O. Even if he was taking deca it was just to get his testosterone up to a normal level bc he was well below average from his years of drug use.(he states this in an interview in Muscular developement)
I got myself up to 220 lbs before i even touched a supplement besides protein powder. Once i stared NO2 and creatine i put on 15 more pounds, then slowly 7 more over a 3 month period. What im trying to say is that the drugs arentnecessary to be in excellent shape for your body. Man one of the biggest influences in my lifting experience has been my buddy named alvin. This guy held the bench press record in the state of Illinois for 5 years his heaviest bench was 565 and he weighed 220 lbs. Thats with no bench shirt and nothing other than vitamins and creatine. If you dont believe me u dont have to ive seen him bench. U just gotta have work ethic and believe in yourself. man go in the gym filled with a killer attitude and work ethic. Have more respect for yourslef than to say i could never do that without drugs bc i know people that have.
Thanks for reading and God Bless

nice post, it is important to not sell yourself short and think you can't do "so and so" without drugs. Even though it may not be physically possible it still hinders your progress considering that mental state.
I like the notion of a killer attitude and work ethic
One of the most memorable "natural" or as I like to say drug-free bodybuilders to me is Skip La Cour
"Never assume that you must be smaller or weaker than people using drugs. Don't concede you are inferior to anyone! Just because someone uses drugs does not guarantee that he or she will have a better physique or outperform you in the gym because you are natural. Don't sell yourself short. Your genetic potential and mental strength may determine that you can eventually have bigger arms or squat more weight. It will never happen however, if you do not believe it is possible. Others may rely too much on the drugs -- and not enough on the knowledge of training, nutrition, and supplementation. Although they may look good, they could still be greatly underachieving their real potential. If you let these slackers set limits on your development, you could be an underachiever also -- maybe even worse because you are drug-free. You won't have the drugs to compensate for your inadequacy.
Challenge yourself to look better than the people on drugs and train more efficiently in the gym. Your own genetic potential may determine it is quite possible -- so go for it!"
