When I joined this forum I really liked how things were run and all the info it provided.. but it was lacking some educational information... and I myself try to fill in some of that.. so do many others.. dont get me wrong please. there are many of you members b4 me that were great and still are.. but ive noticed some idiots lately and frankly its just ridiculous to hear some of their posts and comments.. Sure I post alot.. but did some of you ever think that you dont post enough??? I work from home, I have a very flexible schedule and I train 5 days a week.. for some of you haters out there.. Lick my nuts.. enough said..

for the people that think serb posts a lot, i actually have double the daily posts than he does lol. i agree that i have noticed people seem to be a little ignorant lately. if serb was not to post some the the information he does, people would be saying "there is not enough info on this site". then when someone finally does post the information they are labelled a post whore. i have also noticed when people ask for info and you give it to them they disagree, basically b/c that is not the answer they want to hear. im not directing this toward anyone, and i still love this site and will be here every damn day.
