HEY I DONT KNOW WHAT CATAGORIE THIS WOULD FALL UNDER SO ILL POST IT HERE. I GOT SOME BODY FAT% CALIPPERS BUT I AM NOT SURE WETHER TO PINCH THE SKIN ALL THE WAY DOWN WITH THE CALLIPERS OR JUST UNTIL U FEEL RESISTANCE. IF ANYONE NOWS PLEASE FILL ME IN SO I CAN GET AN ACCURATE READING PLEASE :tranny:

Bomber is right, I would definitely pinch the skin all the way down. You should feel a pinch to get an accurate reading. At least this is how I was taught. Good luck!

cpl of tips. plastic ones are generally crap, and also rub ur skin a little between ur tips to make sure u hav seperated the fat from muscle, (can be tricky when u hav tight skin)
