I cant vote, but I say confidence. You can go on stage with all of the above, but if you have no confidence then you have already beaten yourself. You have to have the mentality that you defy all. Similiar to what Arnold said...he said something like "I was looking at pictures of other bodybuilders before the contest and i lost all my confidence. when that happens, you already lose." not word for word, but something like that.
