of course, what am i thinking? since Cutler lost the judges are obvioulsy fixed.
all i am saying is Cutler is the only one who could give Ronnie a run. Even though I dont think Cutler has reached that yet. Jay still has time to grow being as young as he is and I just think it would be horrible to see someone get as far as Ronnie to only have it taken away. Like I said before with the whole baseball comparison. I used to play baseball and I've never been involved in a perfect game or no hitter; but everyone I've ever played baseball with said if there was a perfect game against us, and it was late in the game, we would just let the pitcher pitch and have his perfect game. You have to look at it as an acknowlegdement. Ronnie has worked so hard his entire career, hes so close to the record and to be that close only to have it taken away would be horrible.
and pickle...i understand what you mean but im talking about the "official" record. since i used to play baseball, i can understand how Ronnie would feel about having this record. It's something I really can't explain, you just have to have some personal experience with it.
