I just finished reading an article by 90's bodybuilder Victor Richards. I'm not sure how to post the link. He claimed to eat 30 000 calories per day. He said he would eat the following meal 5-6 times per day...
3 pounds of brown rice
5 chicken breasts
15-20 egg whites
2 cans of corn
1 can of pineapple
For you mathematiclly challenged lifters, that is 15-18 pounds of rice, 25-30 breasts etc. Yeah right! The only way to do this would be to throw it in a blender and park yourself of the toilet all day with some good reading material. Fahad says he has a problem with peeing all day. This seems like it would be more of a problem.
