Protein pills are okay as long as you do alot of muscle stuff, otherwise youll get fat and be moody.

Don't take creatine. It will fuck you up bad, because most young people dont know how it works, and how to take it. You will regret it the rest of your life. Creatine isnt the way to build muscle.

No dont take creatine it just fills your muscles with water and it will help you gain weight plus it makes you gain some weight in your bench/squat and so on, but yeah that sounds good but why use it when it only works for a certain amount of time and you cant use it non stop because you have to go through cycles, so it will work in the beginning but in the long run i dont htink it will help you that much

Just to let you know though, there is no supplement (Besides steroids :|) that will actually make you stronger. All they simply do is make your muscles retain water, making them appear much bigger.

My friend has a 2 week sample of some new stuff, in the 2 weeks, I swear, his arms got 2-3 times as big, but as soon as he went off of the stuff, he literally shrunk back to his normal size.

Just take steriods. Makes everything a lot easier.

whoever uses steroids is a fucking idiot that cant get big the right way.

Sorry but this is prob irresponsible! But fuck it forum anyway. Try taking creatine with alchohol it doubles the effects. Don't know why but have made the mistake of haveing creatine and then clubbing lol.
