deadman315x NPC Heavyweight Join Date: May 2005 Location: California Posts: 425 Rep Power: 0	- strongest bodybuilder alive. its recorded by muscletech, not very good quality. its only 36 minutes long. if pain can tell me how, i can upload it so the admins can make a preview. in the vid he smith incline presses 585lbs for 4 reps. hammer strength rows 6 plates for 10 reps. 75 lb db laterals for 8 reps. hammer strength bhind neck presses 5 45's and a 25 plate on each side.
