he said his next pro contest will be in Iron man 2006 .. his arms look like synthol .. but i don't think he's inject synthol :) .. best of luck to him

Jones has a great frame to work with. I think he will do great in the future.

yea, and he makes the right improvements each year, but the whole how jones was ganna nab the next O, was a bit too much for him either way he has a great pakage

he looks around 240-245 in those pics, last years mr o. weight was like 215 lbs.

its prolly cuz hes in the off season...hes holding 2 much water....but u can c that he gained alot of size...
